    This place used to be amazing, but they've gone down hill a bit. Still very good BBQ. A little pricy. Good service and fun environment.

    A friend's husband is obsessed with this cover band that sings Dave Matthew's songs. I am not a country song person, but wherever there is booze and friends, I am so down. The concert took place downstairs of the restaurant and food was available if desired. Unfortunately we did not have seats for me to get food, but the staff was nice and the music was nice regardless of my knowledge of Dave Matthews and his songs. Two drinks, baby sitting a stranger's cowboy hat, and lots of laughter later, overall had a good time. Will however, need to to revisit this review because I must try the food. When I walked into the restaurant, I was immediately hit with the smell of BBQ which made my mouth water a bit.

    Honestly, I didn't get enough to really review. I was walking buy and couldn't not stop to try the bbq. Unfortunately, I had just eaten lunch and had dinner plans already. So, I only got the jalapeño and cheese sausage to take with me. I can't speak about the rest of the Trinity. The sausage was pretty good. There was what seems like a long piece of cheese that ran the length of the sausage. So there was warm melty cheese in every bite. That was a pleasant surprise. I'd have preferred a little more jalapeño as well, though. Counter service was friendly. On the contrary, the hostess was not too helpful but there was another person in the front who pointed me to the counter where you order.

    Hill country market is a bustling spot for your BBQ. The bbq wasn't the best but filled out american bbq cravings. Our server was very knowledgeable and helped us adequately decide what the size was right for our sides. The baked beans were fantastic, but the sweet potato was stringey and left more to be desired. The meat was good and filled our barbecue appetite!
